In this role, you will be working closely with a diverse range of patients, from athletes recovering from injuries to the elderly needing assistance with daily activities. Your daily tasks will include assessing patients' conditions, designing customized treatment plans, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal recovery. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to provide comprehensive care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their specific needs and goals
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs using evidence-based techniques and state-of-the-art equipment
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, self-care strategies, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in physiotherapy
• Certification from the Indonesian Physiotherapy Association (IAP) or equivalent
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in using physiotherapy software such as PhysioTrack and Epic
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
