📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience
• Manage and maintain cash drawers, ensuring proper handling of cash and change
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are processed and delivered promptly
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
• Keep accurate records of daily transactions and sales
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
