As the Kepala Mold Shop, you will manage a team of skilled technicians, ensuring that all molds are in top condition to support our production goals. You will work closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure that our molds meet the highest standards of quality and durability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the mold shop, ensuring efficient and effective production of molds for security products.
• Manage and mentor a team of mold technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of molds, identifying and addressing any issues to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot mold-related problems and implement solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for the team.
• Monitor inventory levels of mold components and materials, ensuring timely replenishment to support production needs.
• Work with engineering and design teams to modify or create new molds as needed to support product development and innovation.
• Develop and implement a maintenance schedule and quality control procedures to ensure the longevity and reliability of molds.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mold shop operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mold maintenance, repair, and modification techniques, with experience using tools such as CNC machines, milling machines, and grinding equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of technicians.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality standards.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
