📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to elderly residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Assist in the administration of medications and monitor residents' health status.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure residents' safety and well-being.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.
• Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing role, preferably in elderly care.
• Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board (Badan Sertifikasi Profesi Keperawatan Indonesia).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as EPIC or Cerner.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for working with the elderly and commitment to providing compassionate care.
