📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, and Zabbix.
• Provide 24/7 network monitoring and incident response to ensure minimal downtime and maximum uptime for critical systems.
• Conduct regular network audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies into the existing network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Train and mentor junior IT staff on network operations and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry trends, and recommend appropriate solutions for the company's needs.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous network support and availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations and administration.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, and Zabbix.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
