- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for retail and consumer products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with retail and consumer products, as well as their technical aspects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel and work in remote areas as required.
