• Monitor and track cargo movements using tools like SAP and Sea-Intel
• Coordinate with carriers and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and commercial invoices
• Manage customs clearance and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
• Analyze shipping data to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in freight forwarding
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Trade, or Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related role
• Proven experience using SAP, Sea-Intel, or similar freight forwarding software
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with carriers, clients, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
