Technical Account Manager - GCN

Stripe is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Global Commercial Network (GCN) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our merchant and partner relationships in the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with our sales, product, and support teams to ensure our customers have a seamless and successful experience with Stripe.

• Manage and grow merchant and partner relationships in the Asia Pacific region.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.
• Strong technical background and understanding of payment processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in managing and growing merchant and partner relationships.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
