National University Health System (NUHS) is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Manager, Fire and Workplace Safety to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, patients, and visitors. You will develop and implement comprehensive safety programs, conduct regular safety audits, and provide leadership in emergency response planning. This is a critical position that requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive fire and workplace safety programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.,Provide leadership and guidance to the safety team, including safety officers and emergency responders.,Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, fire drills, and other safety exercises.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the integration of safety measures into all aspects of facility operations.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and other relevant topics.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation, including incident reports, inspection reports, and training records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in fire and workplace safety, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.,Certification in fire safety, such as Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) or equivalent.,Strong understanding of Indonesian safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety programs.,Experience working in a healthcare or high-risk environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
