📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and support to employees,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with company goals,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Creative and innovative approach to training and development
