Fast Sky Sentosa is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for building strong relationships and a deep understanding of the Indonesian job market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to identify hiring needs and requirements,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Screening and evaluating job applicants to ensure they meet the company's standards,Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires,Maintaining a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a positive candidate experience,Collaborating with hiring managers and other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process,Providing regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
