CV Tirta Jaya is looking for a Lead Warehouse Staff to manage our warehouse operations in Semarang. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. As a Lead Warehouse Staff, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage a team of warehouse staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.,Manage and train a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are productive and follow safety protocols.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.,Knowledge of inventory management and control systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
