Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of port facilities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the maritime or logistics industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong knowledge of port operations, including cargo handling, vessel berthing, and port security.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the maritime industry.
