Plus Urban Corporindo is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for a professional who is passionate about human resources and eager to make a difference. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
