📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and other required reports.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction or related industries.,Proven track record of successful financial management and compliance.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
