📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for retail and consumer products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with retail and consumer products, as well as their technical aspects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel and work in remote areas as required.
