📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of Merchandisers, SPGs, and community engagement professionals, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and aligned with our brand vision.
• Plan, organize, and execute impactful sales and promotional events, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that drive engagement and sales growth in the Jakarta Barat market.
• Monitor and analyze event performance, using data to make informed decisions and continuously improve our strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, influencers, and community leaders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share your knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, both locally and nationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, community engagement, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience using Salesforce, Hootsuite, and Eventbrite, or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze event performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within Jakarta Barat.
