UNITY Abadi is seeking a Deputy Learning Development to join our team in Deli Serdang. This role is crucial in supporting our Learning and Development initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the HR team in organizing training sessions and workshops.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Develop and deliver training materials and resources.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager.,Assist in the coordination of external training providers.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and engaging learning environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or Learning and Development.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
