📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the construction and related industries.,Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the construction industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
