Glow One Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Assistant IT Support to join our team in Mempawah. As an Assistant IT Support, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor and manage network security to protect against potential threats.,Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and technologies.,Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.,Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT resources for business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
