📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the company's payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries,Prepare and submit financial statements and tax returns,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure cost efficiency,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed,Maintain and update the company's accounting software and systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
