PT Bintang Tambang is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.,Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
