Develop and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Create user manuals, quick reference guides, and other types of technical documentation,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards,Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Work with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices,Excellent written communication skills in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Experience with food and beverage industry documentation is a plus
