📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Oversee the delivery of training sessions and workshops to ensure high-quality learning experiences.,Assess training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.,Coordinate with external trainers and vendors to ensure the quality and relevance of training materials.,Maintain and update training records and reports to track employee development progress.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide mentorship and guidance to junior L&D staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using L&D software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in developing and implementing training programs in a multicultural environment is a plus.
