📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Providing direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.Assessing and monitoring patients' health status, and documenting all findings and interventions.Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Administering medications as prescribed, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.Performing routine and specialized nursing procedures, such as wound care, injections, and IV therapy.Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to maintain and enhance nursing skills.Promoting a positive and respectful work environment, and adhering to the organization's policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Active and valid nursing license in Indonesia.Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Staff Nurse in a community setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Passion for patient-centered care and a strong sense of compassion and empathy.🛠️ Keahlian
