📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Present products and services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and customer needs.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
