Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to foster long-term business partnerships.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and growth.,Monitor and report sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business objectives and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
