📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of property and construction development projects.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.,Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.,Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.,Report on project status and performance to senior management.,Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in property and construction development.,Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.,Strong knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
