We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Clinical Innovation Manager to join our MedTech Catapult team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development and implementation of clinical innovation strategies and projects within the MedTech Catapult.,Collaborate with industry partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify and address clinical needs and challenges.,Oversee the clinical evaluation and validation of medical devices and technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Develop and manage clinical trial protocols and plans, coordinating with clinical research organizations and healthcare providers.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.,Represent the MedTech Catapult at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to build strategic partnerships and enhance the organization's profile.,Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.,Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical technology and clinical innovation, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, healthcare, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical innovation, medical device development, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering clinical innovation projects.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to medical devices and clinical trials.,Familiarity with clinical research methodologies, data management, and statistical analysis.
