📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Assisting in the training and development of sales staff.,Participating in product launches and promotions to drive sales.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Providing excellent customer service and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
