📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and safe deliveries.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance regulations.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Manage and maintain fleet records, including maintenance schedules and driver performance.,Provide training and support to new drivers and fleet staff.,Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles.,Understanding of Indonesian transportation regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
