📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the financial performance of the organization.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong background in financial management and reporting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Proven experience in managing and leading a finance team.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
