📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.,Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.,Assist in preparing food and beverages as needed, ensuring that all items are served promptly and accurately.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, following all company policies and procedures.,Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.,Stay up-to-date with menu items and special promotions, and be able to provide accurate information to guests.,Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a fast-paced F&B environment is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and tasks.
