Sejati Group is looking for a Customer Success Lead to join our B2B Printing & Packaging team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving customer retention. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer success and wants to make a difference in the printing and packaging industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.,Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that products are used effectively.,Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to customers to ensure that they are able to use our products effectively.,Collaborate with other teams within Sejati Group to ensure that customer needs are met across all areas of the business.,Track and report on customer success metrics to ensure that the team is meeting its goals.,Identify and implement process improvements to streamline customer success efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the printing and packaging industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
