Accounting/Finance Manager

Join Longcheer Holdings as an Accounting/Finance Manager and take the lead in overseeing our financial operations in Bali. As an Accounting/Finance Manager at Longcheer Holdings, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making. You will work with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting, and you will play a key role in optimizing cash flow management to support the company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize cash flow management.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various departments.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a dynamic and international environment is a plus.
